An award-winning leader in the information technology (IT) staffing industry, Himanshu (Sue) Bhatia founded Rose International in 1993 after earning a bachelor's degree in architectural design from the School of Planning and Architecture in India and a master’s degree in management information systems from the University of Missouri. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, the company provides comprehensive technology services to Fortune 500 clients in the energy, financial, healthcare, retail, and technology industries, as well as public sector organizations. Under Sue Bhatia's leadership, Rose International has earned distinction as the largest woman-owned enterprise in St. Louis, one of the largest staffing firms in the United States, and was previously ranked third to the Women Presidents' Organization's list of the 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned Companies in North America.

Additionally, Sue Bhatia has helped Rose International earn national acclaim as one of the most successful minority- and woman-owned businesses in the country. Its successes have been touted by prominent publications such as The New York Times, BusinessWeek, and Inc. Similarly, Sue Bhatia has been honored with multiple awards, including the U.S. Small Business Administration's National Entrepreneurial Success Award, the National Minority Supplier Development Council's (NMSDC) Minority Business Leadership Award, and the Missouri Small Business Person of the Year Award.

Supplementing her professional interests, she has held advisory roles with the President's Initiative on Race and Women in Technology International. She also has the distinction of being the first female minority business owner to serve on the NMSDC's board of directors. In addition, she has spoken on issues affecting women and minority entrepreneurs at the World Export Development Forum (WEDF) and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) conferences.

Sue Bhatia's business success has allowed her to support a variety of nonprofit organizations she is passionate about, in both India and the United States. Mrs. Bhatia is a donor to Mango Tree Trust, which supports disadvantaged children in Goa, India, and a regular donor to the Akshaya Patra Foundation and the Andson Foundation. More recently, she became a member of the Sustainable Purchasing Leadership Council.
