Born and raised in Las Vegas, Suebrett Tonic has watched this neon city grow, change, and rebuild itself not unlike her own real estate career. Thirteen years ago this Las Vegas native began her real estate journey as the executive assistant in an up and coming firm. Here she learned hands on what the trials and tribulations were for agents and clients, and was greatly inspired to get licensed and pursue her own career.

As chance would have it, during the same month she passed her licensing exams, she also met her future husband and business partner - together they built The Goad Team. As a Team Leader, Suebrett created team structure, systems, mentored agents, utilized cutting edge marketing, and implemented exceptional customer service for both clients and team members alike.

Suebrett has also experienced both the height of the bubble and its inevitable burst.As it turned out, negotiating short sales was a perfect fit. She proudly maintains a 90% success rate in closed short sale transactions.

Suebrett has forged ahead in the Las Vegas & Henderson market and started her own team: Suebrett Tonic & Company with Keller Williams Realty Southern Nevada. She has earned numerous industry designations and awards including the Accredited Buyers Representative and Certified Distressed Property Expert designations. She has also received the Realtor.com Online Marketing Award of Excellence, and CENTURY 21 Multi-Million Dollar Producer award.

Spending her free time with her fourteen year old daughter Hannah is one of her greatest enjoyments in life, and she is grateful for the freedom that a career in real estate allows her to focus on her daughter. She is an avid reader with a current obsession with Chuck Palahniuk books, a self-proclaimed music aficionado, and takes road trips to spend time with her family in Santa Fe, NM (and bring home hatch green chile) whenever possible.
