I am an enthusiastic maker of things (mainly stuff from fabric, stuff from paper and stuff from sponge cake…but I also enjoy photography and gardening). I live in Bath with my partner and two black and white cats. Currently I have my toes in the Government’s ‘bonfire of the quangos’ and have been told to expect to be made redundant in March 2013. This is something I am looking forward to with great anticipation – apart from when I get a bit scared. This blog is intended to track my progress as I work towards self-employment...wish me luck!
