Creativity and focus underpin a successful career in effective technical and pedagogical use of technology in teaching and learning, course design, and online technology exploration and expansion.

Two main themes consistently flow through my professional life: “Know Your Client”, and “Be Knowledgeable.” Knowing my clients, including their needs and knowledge level, is imperative in providing outstanding training, support, and value, not only to clients, but also to the companies and institutions I have worked for. Being knowledgeable, able to articulate information to others, combined with the willingness to constantly learn, and work as a team member enables me to provide an exceptional level of professioanlism to distinguish myself and my employer from the pack.
