Sue McElligott, an abstract artist and lover of the arts of all kinds; music, painting, dance and poetry. She is a self proclaimed music junkie. Music transforms a bad day into a good day, a bad feeling into a gentle one, it sends a tear to laughter as well as laughter to tears. Born into a home with a love of music, Sue grew up listening to music of all kinds; from folk to classical, and rock 'n roll to R&B.; Her artwork is 100% inspired by music. Every color combination, every stroke of the brush or dab with her fingers comes from the songs that play while creating on the canvas.

Sue is married to a musician in a rock and roll band and is hoping to bring a music event to her hometown featuring musical artists of all genres from both local and outlying areas. Concert and event photographers, as well as music collectors will also be welcomed to the event. As Jimi Hendrix once said, "Music is a safe kind of high."
