My background is in Law, particularly Family law and this is where I developed a passion for helping clients achieve the best they could for themselves.

Since qualifying as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist/Psychotherapist at the Clifton Practice, I have set up busy therapy rooms in Barefoot Studio, Cowbridge; Wellfield Clinic, Cardiff and the Business Centre in Barry.

I thoroughly enjoy helping clients discover their strengths and building on them to achieve their goals and often making new ones! Clients' positive feedback makes the role very rewarding.

I offer a free initial consultation to help clients understand how their difficulties may be helped with Solution Focused hypnotherapy and to make a tailored programme to suit them.
