I am a business owner, entrepreneur, property investor, global traveller, and a trained holistic therapist and I am enjoying an amazing life of health, wealth and happiness!

I was born abroad in Africa and have always loved wildlife and to travel. After I left school I became a nurse and midwife for 15 years. I also trained in office and secretarial skills and worked in various offices.

In 1998 I had my first mid-life crisis and decided to change tack with my career! I studied at Uni of Exeter where I obtained a BSc(hons) in Biology, then on to Uni of Bristol to get my PGDip in Ecology and Conservation.

In 2003 I set up my 1st business Acorn Ecology Ltd which is still thriving. We provide wildlife information to developers and architects for planning applications as well as being one of the top training centres in the UK for Ecologists. I won a National Training Award in 2009. In 2014 I opened two new branches of Acorn Ecology - Bristol and Guildford - which are very successful.

Since 2006 I have worked on my own personal development with some of the top trainers in the world such as T Harv Eker and Anthony Robbins. I love to share my learning with others through coaching and motivational speaking.

In 2012 I established a training and networking company called Women Mean Business. We help women to start and grow businesses.

In 2014 I bought a church in Tiverton, Devon, which is now transformed into an art gallery and cafe.

I have published two books - "How to become an ecological consultant" and "Affirmations for Success".

I am divorced and have two grown up children and am now a grandmother!

I am an artist and photographer in my spare time and love writing blogs and books. I am also a holistic therapist and do massage, sound therapy, crystal therapy and I am a Reiki Master
