Suess Electronics

Appleton, WI

With six decades of service and sales, family-run Suess Electronics provides excellent products in home theater, entertainment, audio, and automation to residents in Northeast Wisconsin. Founded in 1951 by Joseph and Rosemary Suess in Appleton, Suess Electronics started out selling radios, televisions, antennas, and console record players.

Over time, Suess Electronics’ product line expanded to large screen televisions, home theater systems, and specialized automation. Now based in a 33,000 square-foot showroom and service facility and owned by Joseph and Rosemary’s son Tim Suess, Suess Electronics sells home theater equipment, speakers, cell phones, and house automation. Suess Electronics’ service facility remains a key component to their success as an electronics provider.

Featuring a Master Service Center, Suess Electronics carries factory authorization for all the products they sell, meaning a broken speaker or console receives repairs from factory-trained technicians with minimum turnaround time and maximum satisfaction. More importantly, Suess Electronics delivers and sets up the products with an expert staff that trains customers to use their new equipment after installation. Suess Electronics also carries a Custom Electronics division dedicated to more advanced projects, such as media rooms and lighting control installation.

To ensure the success of these projects, Suess Electronics provides customers with professional system consultants who serve as project managers as well, and work with customers and contractors to ensure each project runs in an efficient and ideal manner. Open 6 days a week at 10 A.M., Suess Electronics assists customers with even the simplest questions on home electronics.
