Sue Waters

Sue Waters was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania. In 1990 Sue graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing.

Upon graduation, Sue moved from York to the Lower Bucks area to start her career with GlobalTec as the Senior Assistant for the President of Operations. During her tenure she assisted with strategic planning as well as streamlining the Human Resource Department.

In the mid 2000’s Sue changed course and pursued a position in the Real Estate field working for a Real Estate Team at Prudential. In her time at Prudential Sue learned the many aspects of the real estate industry which successfully prepared her for the next level of her career.

Today Sue is a Pennsylvania licensed real estate agent working as full time member of The Kim Tokar Team as the office manager. Sue’s greatest accomplishments is moving the Team to a paperless workplace. Documents can be accessed anytime, anywhere and even signed electronically without the agents or clients having to print out documents.

Sue’s responsibilities now include heading up the internet department for the Team as well as transaction coordinating and process compliance. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to the quality and content for www.BucksAreaHomes.com, www.KimTokar.com, creating the policies and procedure for the team’s day to day activities, and ensuring that all transactions are seamless to the consumer. Sue’s skills, knowledge and attention to detail have proven to be invaluable assets and are key elements to the Team’s growth and success.
