Sue Zimmermann

I am a board certified orthopedic surgeon with over twenty-four years of clinical experience in both operative and non-operative orthopedics. My areas of expertise include pediatric orthopedics and bone health. I have had opportunities to teach and mentor medical students and mid-level providers, and I have a special interest in helping the advancement of women in orthopedics.

I recently left full-time clinical practice, and for the next phase of my career, I want to use my skills and knowledge in a non-clinical manner. I enjoy solving problems and I have excellent communication skills. I am interested in medical writing, education for medical personnel and the public, consulting positions, and mentoring others in the medical field.
