Hello to all! Thank you so much for taking time to check in on our journey to detoxing from sugar. My husband (of 4 years) and I just recently moved and have a fresh start. New state, town, jobs, and people to call friends. With our new start, we began to think about our start as a couple and noticed a couple of differences. About 50+ pounds DIFFERENT!!! We knew we needed to start to focus more on our health. There aren't any fast food places besides subway. So we naturally have cut out eating out and have started eating in. We buy fresh produce instead of canned or frozen and I bake all of our food from scratch. We take a daily jog/walk every morning and partake in more activities. With all of the research coming out about sugar, we decided that that was one thing we needed to cut out of our lives..
