Sugo Succo

I was born and raised in Miami’s Little Havana, where my Cuban-American upbringing shaped my values of resilience, hospitality, and treating people like family. From a young age, I was fascinated by the ships leaving PortMiami and imagined myself working at sea.

I studied Hospitality and Tourism Management at Miami Dade College, where I gained hands-on experience through an internship at a South Beach hotel. That experience taught me how to thrive under pressure and deliver excellent service. After graduating, I began my career in guest services with a major cruise line and later moved into roles in guest relations and shore excursions.

Fluent in English and Spanish, with conversational Portuguese, I enjoy connecting with guests from around the world. I am known for being approachable, adaptable, and committed to making sure every guest feels like a VIP. Outside of work, I mentor Miami youth who want to pursue careers in hospitality and maritime industries.
