He is currently engaged as a Research Coordinator for project called Sensing Technology to personalize Adolescent materNal DepreSsion TReatment in lOw resource settiNGs(StandStrong) at Dhulikhel Hospital, Kathmandu University in collaboration with Global Mental Health Lab of George Washington University, US.

Prior to that, he spent several years and gained experience by working in MHPSS projects for people affected by armed conflict and disasters with global humanitarian organizations like ICRC and ACF. He worked as Mental Health and Care Practices (MHCP) programme manager in an integrated psychosocial support program at Action Contre la Faim (ACF), (Brief Flyer:ACF_MHCP_in_Nepal.V7 )and in International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) as Psychosocial Field Officer in comprehensive psychosocial support program for the families of Missing in Nepal called Hateymalofrom 2012 – 2016.
