Sukhi Ghuman

Sukhi Ghuman is a woman of many talents. This fashionista is a photographer, former television reporter and PR extraordinaire. After graduating with a BA and BEd from the University of British Columbia, Sukhi began her career as a television host and reporter on Shaw TV for four years. She's also hosted the A World of Smiles Telethon for BC Children's Hospital for twelve consectuive years.

In 2010, Sukhi worked for the City of Surrey as a Marketing Coordinator during the 2010 Olympics. Sukhi Ghuman is also a Vancouver based photographer specializing in lifestyle photography. In her spare time Sukhi works as a freelance publicist and marketing/social media consultant.

In addition to this, since 2004 Sukhi has been a Board of Director of the not-for-profit Vancouver International Bhangra Celebration (VIBC) Society. For the society, Sukhi oversees media, communications, marketing and public relations. In her spare time, Sukhi also blogs about fashion, arts and culture for JugniStyle.com. Currently, Sukhi works for the University of British Columbia in Marketing and Event Management and in 2012 Sukhi co-founded the Be Your Own Best Friend (BYOBF) Network, a networking group for South Asian women www.BYOBFNetwork.ca.
