Some people build careers. Others build movements. Sukh Sandhu has spent three decades doing both.

Born in Haryana, India, in a border city between Haryana and Punjab, Sukh worked as a manager with a US company, earned Canadian residency, and chose Australia as home nearly 30 years ago. That decision reshaped an entire sector.

Today, Sukh is the Founder and Director of CAQA (Compliance and Quality Assurance) and Director of Career Calling International, organisations he built over 16+ years into a multi-division powerhouse serving Australia's VET and higher education sectors. From compliance consultancy and training resources to AI services, skills programs, and media, CAQA has partnered with 5,500+ organisations across Australia, Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe.

He is also the Editor-in-Chief of VET Sector Magazine, a Forbes Business Council Member, a United Nations Speaker, a Top 100 Global Educator, a Global Advisory Board Member of the Forttuna Education Council, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Training and Development (FAITD).

He is currently a doctoral candidate at Golden Gate University, researching compliance and governance in Australian RTOs through Dialogical Processes Theory.

He holds 198+ professional certifications spanning ISO standards, cybersecurity, business administration, and accounting. His expertise covers compliance, risk management, property law, migration law, instructional design, artificial intelligence, business analysis, and research. He is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1384130) and an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor who has participated in thousands of audits across VET and higher education, and has developed 77,900+ compliance resources for RTOs, TAFEs, and higher education providers.

A CREATIVE FORCE

Sukh has authored more than 35,000 poems and 550 stories, recognised as an All India Poetry Grandmaster (2011) and Kavi Sammelan Award recipient (2007). He is fluent in 12 languages. He founded Sukh Radio, Australia's first online Hindi and Punjabi radio station, served as a Radio Jockey at Radio Haanji (#SalaamEZindagi), and as a StarPlus Twitter Jockey for programmes including #DancingWithTheStars and #NachBaliye.

EARLY CAREER AND PUBLIC SERVICE

Sukh's first paid job came at eight years old, performing a dance show on stage. He rose from junior web designer to Manager at Webcom Technologies USA within months. He has taught at institutions including Australian Catholic University, NIIT, Aptech, and MIT, and served as a Business Systems Project Official at ASQA. His public service extends through Junior Chamber International, Bharat Vikas Parishad, Save The Children Foundation, Child Abuse Prevention Society, and The Alliance for Safe Children, among others.
