docMeds is a physician led healthcare recruitment and licensing agency based in Germany, specializing in the structured direct placement of medical and nursing professionals and the full recognition process for international candidates.

We support resident doctors, specialists, senior physicians and chief physicians, as well as recognized nursing professionals, in confidential career transitions and long term employment across all specialties. We also support language pathways, visa coordination, relocation, onboarding and integration into suitable hospitals and medical centers (MVZ).

For international nursing professionals, docMeds manages the recognition pathway, including documentation, translations, language requirements and, where applicable, the Anpassungslehrgang or required examinations, followed by placement in a suitable clinic, care facility or healthcare provider with structured onboarding.

For clinics, MVZ and healthcare providers in Germany, docMeds offers access to carefully pre screened candidates, fast and compliant onboarding and sustainable staffing solutions through direct placement.
