Hi there! I’m Sukyoung, an HR professional and strategic thinker with a passion for connecting people, growing businesses, and creating meaningful brands.

With 16 years of experience at LG Electronics as an HR manager, I’ve led initiatives in global talent development, organizational culture, and HR system design. Currently, I’m deepening my expertise through an MBA program, where I’m specializing in Strategy to gain broader insights into business and competitive advantage.

I also serve as a community leader within my MBA cohort — managing KMBA People, our HR network, and SKMBA, a scuba diving community — bringing people together to learn, share, and grow.

Beyond the corporate world, I launched my own brand of urban-inspired body wash, supported by a government startup program. From concept and formulation to branding and distribution, I built the business from the ground up — a hands-on journey that taught me how to turn ideas into reality.

Now, I’m exploring a new frontier: building a service business for the active senior generation. I believe in creating smart, empathetic solutions that empower people to live with intention, connection, and vitality in their later years.

As a certified freediving instructor with over 300 dives under my belt, I live for exploration — in the ocean and in life.
