Throughout my 20 -year career, I have repeatedly proven myself as a visionary and strategist with a talent for identifying and driving opportunities for business and financial performance improvement, leading change, and guiding companies to the next level of growth and success. This has been illustrated most recently through my leadership of the immense internal changes that were needed to implement Oracle ERP, greatly expand on and optimize the use of technology, and introduce shared services for HR, Logistics, Finance & Accounting, and IT for an SR I billion conglomerate. Ultimately, these changes were the foundation for rapid, profitable growth, and my leadership additionally helped improve virtually every key performance metric. Previously in my career, I participated in two major restructuring programs managed by top-rated management consulting firms Arthur Anderson, Ernst & Young, and Booz Allen, and I was responsible for leading all logistics-related projects. I hold an M.S. degree in Logistics Management and a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering.
