Sulemaan Ahmed
Executive Educator in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Sulemaan Ahmed is Co-Founder and Principal of Servo Annex, where he coaches CEOs, Presidents, senior executives and boards to lead in the digital age. The firm works on a referral-only basis, and every engagement is built around the individual client.
His work is judged on results. For the exclusive program he delivered to National Bank of Canada's wholesaler salesforce, the bank measured the ROI on the meetings generated through LinkedIn at over 400%. He works with senior leaders across financial services, professional services and a range of other industries on personal brand, digital, and the governance questions AI now puts in front of boards. He has trained C-suite leaders at Fortune 500 and owner-operated companies, and works closely with organizations including YPO, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), Women in Financial Markets (WIFM) and Extraordinary Women on Boards (EWOB). Before Servo Annex, Sulemaan held senior digital roles at Apple, Sears and Air Canada.
With his business partner Khadija Cajee, Sulemaan co-led the No Fly List Kids campaign, advocacy that changed federal policy and earned both of them the Governor General's Meritorious Service Medal (M.S.M.) in March 2026. He also co-founded and led Conquer COVID-19, the grassroots movement that raised over $2.4 million and distributed more than three million pieces of PPE to Canadian frontline health workers in four months.
Sulemaan holds a Master's in Computer Science from Dalhousie University and the ICD.D designation from the University of Toronto, and serves as an independent director on the board of Raynor Worldwide. He is fluently bilingual in English and French, and outside work he coaches his children in sport.
