Focus, dedication and hard work. I already knew at a very young age that I wanted to build my own company so back in 2007 during my first year as a college student, I already started working fulltime as a developer. After gaining my degree with Magna Cum Laude, I immediately founded thinkerIT. With the growth of thinkerIT I learned to manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously. I became well versed in many different skills like prioritising tasks, motivating and managing people, negotiations, implementing a vision, setting strategic goals, … in short, running a company. I’m really proud of what thinkerIT has collectively achieved and of our company culture, which has evolved to meet the 3 values that I cherish most.
