I am one of Asia's most highly regarded cookbook editors and authors. I take great pride in being able to help some of our region's most talented chefs express their ideas, philosophies, anecdotes and recipes in articulate and imaginative ways, that resonate with their customers and with foodies from around the world. Books I have written include Justin Quek: Passion & Inspiration; Jereme Leung's New Shanghai Cuisine; Dr NK & Melina Yong's Wine Dinners; and Steam, commissioned by Miele. I have also written the Lonely Planet World Food Guide to Malaysia and Singapore. Books I have edited and/or overseen include Foodlore and Flavors: Inside the Southeast Asian Kitchen, commissioned by ASEAN; Heritage Feasts, commissioned by Miele; Savour Chinatown; Consuming Passions, commissioned by the Raffles Girls School; and Awakening the Appetite, commissioned by the Parkway Cancer Centre.
I am also the co-founder of The Ate Group, Southeast Asia's most dynamic and innovative marketing, communications and lifestyle group of companies.
