I have studied masters in Food and Nutrition. I have secured 2 gold medals in final year degree for scoring the highest in Nutrition -Mysore University. I love to plan diets-be it for post operative cases, various health related conditions or Low Cost Recipes. I have worked with Special children for almost 4 yrs--teaching. GFCF diets that are recommended for hyperactive & autistic children are also a special diet that I plan. I am in touch with the subject even now, as it,s a subject thats close to my heart.
