Loretta Green-Williams is building a legacy centered on visionary leadership, global impact, compassion, sustainability, and intergenerational legacy building—creating bridges between communities and transforming relationships into opportunities for lasting social and economic impact.

As the Founder and Chief Executive Director of Women of Concern Professionals & Strategic Conscious Networking, Inc. (WOCPSCN), Loretta has built an international platform that unites professional women, emerging leaders, youth, organizations, and strategic partners around four principles of practice: Community Development, Women’s Health, Education & Sports, and Global Sustainability.

Her leadership is grounded in the belief that sustainable change happens when women and young people have access, exposure, and education within meaningful pathways to leadership.

Loretta's work focuses on the intersectionality of women’s leadership, diaspora, and sustainable community development. Through WOCPSCN initiatives, including the Global Sustainability & Partnership Summit (GSP Summit), Urban Gurl/Suburban Swurl Gurl, and the International Sports Opportunities Committee (ISOC), she creates platforms that connect communities and institutions across borders.

Her anthropological strategy positions her as a transatlantic bridge-builder, connecting diaspora communities. Her vision includes developing strategic partnerships with governments, universities, corporations, philanthropic organizations, sports institutions, and civil society to advance women's economic empowerment, youth leadership, education, and sustainable development.

Loretta is also a strong advocate for using sport as a vehicle for education, confidence, leadership development, cultural and social mobility for girls and young women who have historically been underrepresented in sports and leadership pathways.

Through her global work, Loretta seeks to move conversations about women from representation to influence, from participation to leadership, and from networking to measurable impact.
