Sumay Bhansali

Sumay Bhansali is the Founder, CEO, and Co-Owner of A.JAFFE, established in 1892, one of New York’s oldest fine jewelry houses. He strengthened production, quality, and operational discipline—modernizing workflows, integrating ERP systems, and aligning teams across design, CAD, and field training. He built a senior leadership team and scaled the company to about 100 people.

He led the growth of A.JAFFE’s signature collections, advanced U.S. design patents, and reinforced naming architecture and product calendars. He also elevated cultural visibility through red carpet and celebrity placements. From 2020 to 2025, the company delivered consistent double-digit growth.

He completed the separation from Firestar and secured a strategic partner. Sumay studied in Brussels, Nottingham, and Cambridge, and is based in Westchester, New York.
