Sumayya Desai

My name is Sumayya, born and raised in Toronto. Once upon a time I used to love writing poetry at a young age, however; I stopped as I kind of hit writer's block. I just felt I had no talent and my love for writing poetry was gone. I even had a blog previously but had no motivation to write. Everday each and every one of us go through some sort of life experience that teaches us a lesson. Alot of times it will teach us, alot of times what we read in the news really makes us think about what our world has now become. My blog contains my own thoughts based on my life experiences whether it'd be something I have witnessed or have personally gone through that has taught me a lesson about life. I am not the greatest writer and some of you might not even care about my thoughts, which I do not expect anyone too. Everyone has a hobby or a way of expressing themselves and mines is through blogging. Welcome to my blog!
