Melanie Gray

Saludos!

My name is Melanie and I am a Spanish to English translator and editor for Transperfect; a former English (ESL/ELL/TESOL/TEFL/TOEFL) teacher and International Business Consultant; and always an immigrant rights activist who does not like the idea of borders. I am based in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

I have lived and traveled all over the USA, mostly Maine and Los Angeles, CA, spent a few years working in Querétaro, Mexico, and have traveled to Canada, Japan, and Nicaragua (where I studied the international fair-trade coffee industry and cooperative economic development). I have a B.A. in Diplomacy & World Affairs from Occidental College and a minor in Spanish Literature & Cultural Studies, in addition to various TESOL certifications and courses.

I also do freelance modeling for fun when so requested. :)
