My name is Sumita Dwivedi, and I am working as a Senior BA/QA at SAM Web Studio.
I've spent the last 6+ years in business analysis and quality assurance, and most of that time has taught me one thing: small gaps in requirements almost always turn into bigger problems later. So that's what I focus on. I sit down with development and marketing teams, map out how a project should actually flow, and test websites and applications before anything reaches a client. Sometimes it's a broken form field. Sometimes it's a requirement that got lost between the first meeting and the final build. Either way, my job is to catch it early.
I don't work alone on this. Our content, SEO, and development teams all feed into the same process, and together we make sure whatever we ship, a website, a report, a campaign asset, actually holds up under real use.
