Currently, I have drive AskForPets.com, an online venture that provides a wide range of quality products and services for dog, cat, small animals, fish and bird supplies and enable a great shopping experience for pet lovers across India.

In the past 14+ years, I have focussed on building customer experiences through Digital Strategies and Customer Engagement tools. My roles have typically comprised a split between Customer Engagement, Product Development & Digital Marketing leaderships, particularly for Media, Travel, Consumer Business, BFSI and Telecom businesses, saving millions of dollars working with Customer Centria, BigFlix.com, Deloitte.com, eBookers.com and Indiatimes.com.
