.My childhood dream was to become a nurse. Moving to NZ and marrying a pig and beef farmer , my dreams got put on hold.
After having twins my health crashed , and after spending hours and searching for help I become depressed. Finally a breakthrough came when I was introduced to a friend who was self taught in Reflexology and she presuaded me to come and after her working on my feet, I could breathe so much easier and sleep was improved. Also another friend took me to a naturopath, and he suggested I try the 4Life Transfer Factor which had just been launched into NZ in less than one week I felt something working in my body like nothing before , I could breathe and no longer wheezing all day , as before. I was so impressed. I became a 4Life Indendent Distributor and now have the privilege to help others take their lives to a higher level of wellness never felt before.
I was introduced to a simple tapping technique ,EFT Tapping, or Emotional Freedom Technique, where you tap on the acupressure points on the upper body and speak about the problem you want toclear.
I had no idea what it could do for me. But I found myself becoming calmer and more relaxed releasing the emotional baggage was carrying from the past.
And now I have more tools to share with my friends and family. Since doing the tapping myself , my eyesight has improved so that I no longer need to use glasses. I am impressed!
