A SUPPORTIVE AND FRIENDLY FAMILY ENVIRONMENT:

Having each other's backs is ingrained in our culture. Experienced trainers regularly sit down with new team members to help them be successful in whatever ways they can. We are a close-knit group, and most of us consider Summit to truly be a second family.

WE'RE COMPETITIVE!

Many members of our team are former athletes, so competitiveness flows through our veins. We fully encourage this spirit because it drives performance and makes day to day life a lot of fun. We're not into the 'cut throat' style of competitiveness, though. We're talking about a 'push you to perform better than your own best’ style. Everyone at Summit is encouraged to figure out their own personal motivations, because ultimately, this is the key to long term success.

CONTINUOUS CAREER GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT:

Thanks to daily training and coaching, our staff are able to gain the skills necessary to progress into senior level management and roles. Careers here are unique in that our management team makes learning and professional growth a daily priority. We don't wait to teach important skills, such as team leadership. We focus on building the business skill sets of the highly motivated individuals in our firm. With a 'no seniority' policy in place, our team members are able to earn executive positions rather quickly, thanks to their own strong performance. All advancement is a direct result of a person's effort, rather than his or her tenure, background, experience level or education.

FUN IS PRIORITIZED
