Here at Summit Consulting in Glen Burnie, MD we have a commitment to deliver a high level of results to our clients. They have trusted their brands and their customers to us and it is not something that we take lightly. Our integrity will not allow us to fall short of their expectations.

With that being said, we also like to enjoy what we do! Here are a few things that employees have personally expressed to be some of the highlights within our company.

TEAM GET TOGETHERS – Once a week, usually on Friday, the employees here at Summit Consulting will get together after work. The purpose? To hang out…we like each other…and spending time together! Our favorite spot is Sidelines. It’s a great sports bar and restaurant near the office where we can play pool and darts too!

ANYTHING FOOD RELATED – Yup. Anything. When someone brings any sort of treats into Summit Consulting, we go crazy! In addition, some employees even meet up on Monday nights for dollar tacos and others for team breakfasts once a week.

THE LAID BACK ENVIRONMENT – Well, let’s see. Recently there was a “sword fight” in the office with wrapping paper rolls. There’s also a group chat that besides being used for helpful communication is also used for sharing funny pictures with each other. “We all like to have fun. So many people go to work and are miserable. Me, I wake up in the morning and I know that I’ll be with lots of cool people all day, so the day doesn’t drag on,” explained one of our employees.

COMPETITIONS – Friday throw downs, team night darts and pool, or the bonuses set by the manager, our employees thrive on competition! Partially due to their athletic backgrounds, but also because it brings out their best performance. And sometimes, with the bonuses, they can win some pretty cool stuff!

THE TEAM BOND – One of our employees put it best; “We’re trying to be the best versions of ourselves, but at the end of the day we’re all on one team.” Everyone here at Summit Consulting is willing to go above and beyond to help each other succeed. We work hard together to reach our goals and we have a really great time doing so!
