Ven. Sundaralankara, son of U Myint Thein + Daw Myint Wai, was born in Nabelai village, Ye-U Township, Sagaing division on 7 June 1991. Second child among six siblings.
Went to primary school in Bonywa villageand High school in Seegyi Village and passed grade six.
Became a novice on 1th March, 2003 and Moved to Chanthargyi Monastery, Ye-U Township in2003
Passed the Pathamangel examination in 2005.
Moved to New Masoeyein Monastery, Mandalay in 2005 and passed Pathamalat examination in 2006.
Moved to Sishin Monastery, Maha Visuddharum in 2006 and passed thefirst level of Samane (novice)in 2007 and the second level of Samane (novice) in 2008.
Passed the Third level of Samane (novice) and got the Degree of Mangalabyuha Samanaykyaw in 2009, the Degree of Kamboja Samanaykyaw and the Degree ofSasanalankara Samanaykyawin 2010.
Got the Degree of Vinayavidu in 2009.
Received the Higher Ordination under the preceptor of Bhaddanta Aggananabhivamsawith the financial support of U Htun Ngay+ Daw Nwet Nwet Winon 27th May, 2011.
Second time with the financial support of parents U Myint Thein + Daw Myint Waion 16th June, 2011 and third time with the financial support of U Kyaw Thaung+ Daw Ohn Myinton 27th June, 2011
Got the Degree of Anguttaranikayadu in 2013.
Passed the Pathamagyi examination in 2013.
Taught Buddhist texts to novices and monks in New Masoeyein Monastery from 2015 to 2018.
And moved to Ussa Pariyatti monastery, taught Buddhist texts to novices and monks from 2018 to 2020, and got the Degree of Sāsanadhajadhammācariya.
Got the Degree of Diploma in Buddha Dhamma in 2019
Later, from 2019 to 2023, worked as a Pali lecturer for diploma studentsat Sitagu Buddhist Academy Mandalay.
Got a Bachelor’s Degree in March, 2023.
Studied MA in Buddhist Studies at the University of Peradeniya in 2023 and completed 2024.
Helped teaching Basic English grammar and fundamental Dhamma to children, delivering Dhamma talks to lay devotees, and guiding young novices
Taught Englishto Grade 9, Grade 10, and Grade 11 students
Presented two English papers at Sitagu Buddhist Academy, one Pali paper at Global Peace University, Mandalay, and one Pali paper at BPU, Sri Lanka.
Moreover, four research articles in Pali and five articles in Burmese were published in the Magazines.
Currently, learning the Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching (online) at the Teacher Education Academy- Tea.
Staying in Makutarama Myanmar Temple, Sri Lanka helping temple management.
