With experience in handling mergers and acquisitions, Sundeep played pivotal role in iSpace acquisition by DST Solutions where he was involved in the entire cycle, starting from strategy to implementation to post deal review.

Sundeep has been involved in carrying out cost reduction exercises for companies specific to outsourcing, operating model design and governance. Has strong experience in designing and implementing RPO models and has contributed immensely to building the vendor partnership model at Wells Fargo that called for trade off from existing one time delivery engagement.
