Sunidhi is a young & dynamic learning professional with a natural knack in visual design and public speaking.
In course of discovering herself she started with art and culture and got to work with Disney Inc. as a practitioner. Later with her interests wandering all over she switched to practicing harmonium and got associated with Pogo Funtakshari and switched to Bharat Scouts and Guides to achieve something bigger; “The Rashtrapati Award”.
In her search of self, she then travelled to Port Blair and worked with Doordarshan Port Blair network as a program Anchor. Later when she had to travel to Allahabad for higher studies, she got introduced to the concept of “Etymology” and that interested her the most. She continued her research and findings for about 3 years on the same subject.
She then became an Information Technology graduate and earned various certifications from Microsoft Virtual Academy in computer programming and database.
With all the technology coming to her she has beautifully blended it with the learning and development requisites. She creates visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate learners. She also develops the overall layout and production design for various applications, programs, trainings etc. such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.
Her L&D certification includes Train the Trainer and DISC Thomas International Assessments. Her signature programs developed over the period of 2+ years are “Personal Branding through Impactful Communication”, “The Skill – Pill series”, “Discover the Leader in You”, “The Act of Acceptance”, “Eye for Details” and “Master the Art of Training”.
She completely understands today’s millennial workforce and develops programs/workshops which are mostly inclined to the concept of “Self Discovery”, as she believes that, “You cannot tell a millennial, even in the most beautiful words that he/she lacks in something unless the millennial realizes itself about it”.
All in all, she masters in content design and development and enjoys interacting with people.
