I’m Sunil, a seasoned automotive manufacturing leader and consultant living in Pune.
I have 40+ years of experience across multinational organizations, including Bajaj Auto, General Motors, and SKF India. I retired as Vice President – Project Management at Bajaj Auto in June 2024, where I led new product launches, capacity planning, and operational excellence initiatives such as TPM and Six Sigma. I’ve also worked on global collaborations with KTM Austria, Triumph UK, and successfully led Bajaj Auto’s Indonesia project for plant setup, supply chain, vendor development, and quality. Currently, I am preparing for the Independent Director’s examination while consulting and mentoring in manufacturing excellence.
