I am a full-time (long-term) lecturer at Leeward CC. I teach the computer classes in ICS and Business. My focus is the MS Office applications. In my free time I workout with a Kettle-bell/Fitness group 3x's a week; I do Zumba 2-3 x's a week; I belong to a women's cycling club "The Red Hot Ladies"; I love ocean swimming and do the North Shore swim series each year. I have completed 7 Waikiki RoughWater swims;as well as many triathlons over the years. I am also a "professional" volunteer
