ICCA Dubai is an industry-centered vocational training (VET) centre under the leadership of Sunjeh Raja, established in 2005. Pursue a Career in Culinary Arts at one of the Top 10 Culinary Arts Centres in the World. At the International Centre for Culinary Arts in Dubai, headed by Director and CEO, Sunjah Raja, a promising culinary arts student can take a number of classes, and work toward a degree in their International Chef Training Program, or toward an advanced degree in their Chef Entrepreneur Program. Depending on the level of involvement, a student who wishes to work on a cruise line or in a hotel can earn the International Chef Training Program Diploma, and someone who wishes to own their own culinary establishment like a bakery, restaurant, or café, can earn their Chef Entrepreneur Program Diploma.
