I am an undergrad at the University of Central Florida in my sophomore year. I am currently in their 4+4 direct med program. My ultimate goal is medical school.

I'm currently volunteering as an undergraduate researcher at the Biomolecular Research Annex by campus. I'm working in mitochondrial dysfunction and how the Omi/HtrA2 protease regulates mitophagy in the cell.

I love coffee and being my best self. I speak fluent English and Korean (though I can't write well), a sprinkle of medical Spanish, and would like to self-learn Japanese.

Subjects I'm taking now: medical biochemistry, molecular biology 1, bioethics, organic chemistry 2 laboratory.

Hobbies/likes: writing, modern calligraphy, FLOWERS, lattes, good mugs, cute stationery, skyping with friendos, etc.
