BIO

Nancy Sun just completed the NYC premiere run of David Schulner's An Infinite Ache. In the lead role of Hope, she is "talented" (Maxamoo), "a ray of sunshine" (StageBuddy), and "perfectly cast. No Broadway star could do better" (ELJNYC).

Other recent NYC stage credits include the premiere run of Spookfish Theatre's Pornography for the People at the 2012 Dream Up Festival at Theater for the New City. She has also appeared in Vagina Monologues and China Doll. Favorite Film Credits include Telephone, Sung's Pilgrims, and the award-winning I Love You This Much (Best Direction, Ghetto Film School).

She is a graduate of the Maggie Flanigan Studio and University of Pennsylvania with additional training at the Atlantic Acting School, Magnet Theater, and Upright Citizens Brigade.

As a writer, her work has been featured in the NY Times, at SXSW, and workshopped at AAFilmLab.

In her free time, she enjoys discovering remote tropical beaches with good left breaks for surfing. She doesn't enjoy biting her nails but she does it a lot unfortunately anyway (sorry, Mom).
