I BIOGRAPHY I

Sunny Qureshi is a learner by choice, a seasoned Human Resource Professional pursuing m.phil in management sciences. He quit his banking career in May 2011 to create "IQ Inc. learning Solutions & Management Consultancy " in order to devote his entire time to his passion of training and writing, focusing on youth development, professional organisational, personal development, and customer service issues. He also is a women & civil right protection activist. Initially working as "Corporate Training Manager" at "Enriching Perceptions Inc" Training & Development Division, he helped the company successfully set up and manage their training function with the aim of converting his research into training programs that can be used by companies as part of their management development programs.

His motto is "choose to be stupid or stupendous?. Self belief is what he preaches, as to him "every single one of us is correct within our own capacity to think".
