Sunny, a native of Norway, is a professionally trained cook through the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC, holds her WSET DWS Diploma, and is a Certified Wine Educator through the Society of Wine Educators.

A multi-passionate entrepreneur, Sunny has worked as an international marketing director at record labels, a chef, wine buyer and marketing consultant, and most recently co-founded the vegan food and wine consulting firm, Menufacturers, LLC, where she creates recipes and designs vegan menus and wine lists for restaurants across the U.S. and beyond.

Sunny is also Wine Director for Vegan Wines, the first vegan wine club in the U.S. There she assiss founder Frances Gonzalez in sourcing unique, 100% vegan wines for the club members, as well as creating recipes that pair with each wine.

Sunny has over 20 years of experience in marketing and PR. Starting out at in the music industry, she worked her way up to handling the international careers of world famous artists such as Wyclef Jean, Snoop Dogg, Alicia Keys, Gwen Stefani and Justin Timberlake.

After a decade in the glamorous record business, she went on to become the national brand ambassador for Heavy Water, a small luxury vodka brand from Scandinavia, and was instrumental in launching many new markets and developing the brand across the U.S.

In 2008 she founded her own company, Fork and Glass, a NY catering company, focused on seasonal and local farm-to table food. She catered everything from weddings and photo shoots for big magazines to organizing wine dinners and tastings for corporate team building events.

Sunny gained her Health Coach certificate through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and founded her own private Health and Lifestyle coaching practice in 2015. Her health coaching practice is geared towards health conscious women who with a particular interest in transitioning to a plant based diet. Sunny shows them it's possible to eat gourmet foods and enjoy a glass of wine, while still achieving their health goals.

Sunny is also an avid food blogger at Arctic Grub (arcticgrub.com), where she writes about Norwegian food, history, culture and traditions. She is also a regular contributor to many other blogs and magazines.
