Back in June of 2013 I was in a dark place. I had no energy, very stressed, weighed 300lbs and it seemed it was just snowballing for the worse week after week. I'm a father of two beautiful children but no true dad they could play with, read a book, kick a ball around with due to the fact that I would just lay on a couch every night after coming home from work. I needed a change, for myself, my home environment and most of all my children NEEDED a father. So happy to say that via nutrition, this all came true. My children have a father again, my home is so positive and my family is stronger than ever. I now know why I have been brought to this and it is to help similar fathers, mothers, and/or families to regain their lives and truly live it creating memories and dreams that they never thought possible.
