At Supervisor Academy we provide a two-week TWI problem solving skills course. Being able to solve everyday production problems requires supervisors to be able to do two things: the first is to detect & contain the problem early to keep people safe and quality production flowing. The second is to identify interconnected problem causes and stop the chain of causation – therefore prevent this – and other related - problems from recurring.
