After developing and implementing 'creative learning strategies' for more than 10 years I quit my job to be able to implement my research in the form of 'Unschooling'. My daughters opted out of formal education system at the age of 12 and chose to become a part of this project.

Later in 2011, a few other people along with me, formed Swashikshan - Indian Association of Homeschoolers. It is a nationwide platform for homeschoolers in India or Indian Homeschoolers staying abroad.

Currently, I facilitate my daughters' learning journey. We specialize in structured unschooling - a perfect balance of focus and freedom in learning.

In future I wish to implement our learning strategies on a larger platform, either through Swashikshan or by joining hands with another organization.
