Born and played in a mud hut on the sands of gods own country; Puthiyangadi near Pazhayangadi; a village near Cannanore which is now called as Kannurin Kerala. Grew up, schooled and worked in Tulunadu Kudla, Mangalapuram, Mangalore, or as is now known as Mangaluru, Karnataka, India.
Thanks to the strong maternal instincts of my mother Sarojini, who brought up 3 kids in an alien land and a senior IAS IT govt employee father who traveled far and wide the nation serving the country.
Suraj matured very slowly into a dynamic person who implemented new, philosophical and historical approaches to achieve results at work, developed and facilitated websites for NGO's and businesses under R.A.T.S and projected renewable energy and water management system for ARDC.IN. Trained as a business analyst at Rites Inc. Richmond, USA, headed voice sales processes for Star Infotech, Kaikamba for a year and prior to that was 9 years tenure as tech/data/real-time analyst at Mphasis, Mangaluru as a real-time analyst (WFM), Command Center (MIS) and MphasiS transition team to transfer UNIX and ACCESS/SQL processes from Kansas to Bangalore. Lead teams to develop software and websites, scour the land for surveys. Since interested in the Digital platform since a young age and made the first website using Microsoft word and hyperlinks, the future was meant to be.
A dedicated professional, excellent people manager, awesome team player, amateur ping-pong player, out of tune flutist and guitarist, walker, jogger and 1/2 marathoner.
