There is no better experience than “hands on” experience, and as far that goes i have failed more times than i can count, there has always been a learning but still the challenges were never the same.

After founding 3 companies i still feel there is a lot to learn, more value to gain and knowledge that the world is changing as we speak.

I have worked with ground staff to ensure delivery deadlines have been met, challenged client assumptions on how different is better and also creatively solved problems that have changed lives(Helped our “anna” - big brother who lost his job to setup a tea stall and have a stable livelihood with the help of rotary club of pune south).

I believe its not about how difficult the challenges are, its about if those challenges were foreseen and planned for and solved.
