As Salesforce Enterprise Architect and Practice Manager, I lead the Salesforce practice by driving enterprise CRM architecture, delivery excellence, and customer success initiatives. I work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients to design and implement robust Salesforce architectures covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, automation, and enterprise data strategies. I guide technical teams in adopting best practices for scalable development, governance, and platform optimization.

In addition to solution architecture, I manage the growth and capability of the Salesforce practice by mentoring consultants and developers, overseeing project delivery, contributing to pre-sales solutioning, and supporting strategic client engagements.
