Suresh Minhas

Suresh Minhas is a Singapore-based entrepreneur and Juris Doctor candidate at Singapore Management University (SMU). He is a partner in Hitomo Construction, a property-development venture that specialises in redeveloping older landed homes in Singapore into modern, high-quality residences.

Suresh began his career in finance, working with Credit Suisse after completing his Accountancy degree at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He later earned an MBA from INSEAD and went on to hold senior real-estate development roles at Lendlease and Virtuous Retail, managing complex commercial and residential projects across Asia.

Suresh is a Juris Doctor candidate, undertaking rigorous training across areas including Company Law, Property Law, Contract Law, Tort Law, Criminal Law, Arbitration, and Constitutional Procedure. His legal education has strengthened his appreciation for fairness, structure, and ethical decision-making — principles he applies in both his professional and personal life.

Beyond business and study, Suresh values time with his wife and young son, who remain his greatest motivation.
