I'm capable of entire Project Management including project planning, execution, monitoring, control, delivery, time & effort estimation, quality & risk management and communication between project stakeholders.

I learn from my own mistakes and make things better. I spend my most of the career in planning, handling and coordinating various big projects.
Leadership skills are the root of my career, besides team management skills - tasking, delegation, monitoring, feedback, skill upgrade, competency management, career planning, motivation & mentoring are the core part.
