I am soon to be a Professor of occupational safety in SMEs with a research focuses on finding a sustainable safety management practices for SMEs which includes researching about gender responsive OSH. I have international collaborations with Canadian, Norwegian and British researchers. Currently, I am engaged with a project on Commuting Accidents.
